SINCE WE FRESHLY ROAST BEANS EVERY TUESDAY, WE SHIP ORDERS ON WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS. ALL ONLINE ORDERS PLACED BEFORE MONDAY 11:59PM WILL SHIP THAT SAME WEEK. ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER MONDAY 11:59PM WILL SHIP THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
Know Your Coffee: The Bolder, The Wiser
This is a wonderful coffee for our home espresso users. While Space Flower is our flagship espresso, we found that the profile of The Bolder The WIser was much easier for our home baristas to dial-in more efficiently from shot to shot.
The Bolder The Wiser is a versatile coffee for us because we recommend so many different brew methods. It makes a killer French Press coffee with big notes of chocolate and toasted oak.
