Not every specialty coffee lot is produced from a single farmer. in fact, many producers struggle to make it to market if they do not produce mass amounts of coffee, which requires lots of land, fertilizers & workers to accomplish.

to this end - there are many producers that grow small amounts of coffee that are incredibly delicious but tend to be sold on local markets because of lower volumes,

cooperatives, such as this jinotega community lot, is made up of many farmers, both small & large, in order to achieve one giant production. this is good news for the little coffee farmers out there as well as the people that want a consistent cup profile that can be appreciated day in & day out.

we serve community in our cafes on the brewer from open until close & is one of our most popular options for people that just love great coffee.
