Pink Bourbon is a popular variety that has recently emerged into the specialty coffee scene. While most genetic testing reveals parent varieties are composed largely of Ethiopian landrace coffees - the power of genetics is truly a remarkable thing. This particular Pink Bourbon is one of our favorite coffees to date. Having purchased this lot since 2016 we have seen Wilton refine his process year after year & continue to be impressed. Great producer, great processing - but the true unsung hero here is the power of this coffees genetics.
