A summer smasher - this microlot was expertly fermented alongside ripe peaches. the consequence of fermenting with fruit has proven to be a mixed bag - but in this particular case, its peach-perfect. edinson’s slow & intentional approach is the difference maker. expect a well-balanced cup with an explosive presence of peach. complex but harmonized with lofty botanicals & tropical florals.
