the 2025 brewer’s cup winning lot (made famous by the extraordinary, justin bull) - it’s obvious that any competing lot would pale in comparison to this booming flabor profile. candied fruit notes lead way that turn to layered florals like violet & lavender. eventually, the darker fruits transition into complex warming spices that stick on the palate. as the coffee cools so does its personality, with the lead note seemingly evolving with every sip.
